“Definitely a 5 Star service. I’ve had a variety of services, in over 20 years. When Jimmy retired a few years ago, it was a challenge to find someone who was committed in taking care of my pool. Expecting someone to show up once a week for 20 minutes is asking for a “miracle”, or even showing up during that week without an excuse is even more, “expecting to much”. My pool started to turn green and I took a chance on a card I received in the mail. It was for Nico, I researched him and his company, he came for an interview, looked at the pool. He took one look, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Didn’t push me or make promises, just the facts. He came back did what he said and I am absolutely so happy with him and my sparkling pool I turned my neighbor on to using him also. If you are tired of trying to find an honest pool professional, I would highly recommend giving him an opportunity to keep your pool as happy as mine. After the rain storm this past week, my yard was flooded! Yes, my pool was also flooded. I texted Nico the next morning and he came and did the Floc and Shoc, vacuumed it and it is 95% back to normal.
